I have been training clients for over ten years. I studied Exercise Science and Psychology at Cleveland State and Ottawa University. I have had the privilege of training Division I baseball, basketball, football, and tennis players, along with having played Division I sports myself. I have worked with amateur body builders and am preparing to compete in physique personally.
With over a decade of experience, Dan is an expert at teaching the basics of weightlifting and muscle building. He takes an individualized approach and is able to create a customized program that fits your body’s unique needs. If you’re new to the gym and want to learn how to exercise properly Dan can help!
