Class Descriptions:

Bon Beginner Fit:

45-minute class that combines strengthening, range-of-motion, flexibility, and balance.

SilverSneakers®:

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.

Senior Circuit:

A step-up from our Beginner Fit and SilverSneakers® classes, this class will keep you moving for the full 45 minutes.

Balance & Flexibility:

A 45-minute class focused on helping improve your quality of life. Relaxing stretches will be combined with movement based balance training.

Tai Chi:

Originating in ancient China, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body.

Candlelight Yoga:

Yoga flow to get your heart rate up, strengthen your body, stretch out the muscles, and balancing techniques for an overall well balanced yoga practice.

Deep Stretching:

With the use of props to help your body slowly stretch into a position for 1-5 min. Reducing soreness, better posture, flexibility, and so much more.

Gentle Yoga:

A gentle flow focusing on breath, poses, and meditation to help decrease chronic pain, inflammation, and increase the quality of life!

Core Blast:

A challenging 45min class designed to stabilize, strengthen, and tone the midsection of your body for improved performance.

Fit & Fun 360:

Using stability balls and weighted hula hoops this class is good for increasing blood circulation, toning, strengthening, coordination, ROM & balance.

ABC:

Allie’s Butt-Bust and Conditioning! Small group functional training using a variety of equipment to push your workout to new heights!

Nicholas Held is a Personal Trainer and Class Instructor, he has worked in Professional Athletics, Chronic Disease Management and everything in between, while specializing in lifestyle and performance enhancement.
