Class Descriptions:

Bon Beginner Fit:

45-minute class that combines strengthening, range-of-motion, flexibility, and balance. Perfect for the deconditioned beginner or anyone with health limitations.

SilverSneakers®:

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for support.

Senior Circuit:

A step-up from our Beginner Fit and SilverSneakers® classes, this class will keep you moving for the full 45 minutes. Cardio and range-of-motion exercises will be alternated with strengthening movements to give you a great workout!

Balance & Flexibility:

A 45-minute class focused on helping improve your quality of life. Relaxing stretches will be combined with movement based balance training.

Tai Chi:

Originating in ancient China, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Although an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and soon delivers its health benefits.

Vinyasa Yoga:

For Christina, yoga is about connecting people with their bodies and breath in order to quiet the noise and distractions that often accompany our hectic lives. Ultimately, she thinks that yoga allows us to find contentment and satisfaction, making it easier to navigate life’s challenges.

Senior Yoga:

A gentle flow focusing on breath, poses, and meditation. To help decrease chronic pain, inflammation, and increase balance, range of motion, flexibility, circulation, and so much more.

Core Blast:

A challenging 45min class designed to stabilize, strengthen, and tone the midsection of your body for improved performance.

Yoga Align & Flow:

Alignment direction with strength building, flow and breath work to provide a well balanced class. Expect to be challenged and opened in your body, mind, and spirit: ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

Boot Camp:

This non-intimidating full body workout will have everyone, from the desk job worker to the triathlete, getting a good workout! All levels are welcome to this 45-minute class that specializes in functional training (squats, lunges, bodyweight exercises using minimal equipment). Modifications are always available for each exercise. Bring a friend, have some fun and sculpt your body!

Nicholas Held is a Personal Trainer and Class Instructor, he has worked in Professional Athletics, Chronic Disease Management and everything in between, while specializing in lifestyle and performance enhancement.
